I went to Disneyland Paris back in 2012 with my good friend Ashlee. We’d been planning our Europe trip for a while and since we’re both Disney fans it was kind of a no brainer that we’d end up going to Disneyland while we were there. I don’t think we ever even had a, “should we go?” conversation, but it was more of a, “hey so when we go to Disneyland…”Our trip was actually made that little more special because it was actually the 20th anniversary while we were there! There was lots of celebrating going on which was really cool to be a part of.
The only thing I wish we’d planned better was how much time we had at the parks per day, or had looked into getting fast passes. Unfortunately most of the line times were 1hr+ and if we’d waited in line we would have risked missing out on seeing anything else, so we chose to skip most of the rides. We did manage to go on the Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin, the Studio Tram Tour and Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast. We also saw the parade, got our faces painted, and had lunch at Pizza Planet… which, if you know me, was the coolest thing I could have ever done because Toy Story is my favourite.
It was absolutely, without a doubt some of the best two days of my life, and I can’t wait to tick another Disney park off my list… hopefully sooner rather than later!
